Here’s how it works:

• We will decide on a weekly check-in day (you will receive an email reminder each week).

• You will submit an email check-in that includes various markers of progress (we’ll decide together what those are).

• You’ll also tell me about your weekly “wins”, obstacles you’re facing, and your questions/concerns.

• I’ll respond within 24 hours with questions, suggestions, and advice (just like I would if we were on the phone).

• We’ll trade emails back and forth, creating a thread of emails you can reference anytime!

• $160 per month
